Gabriel Cousens earned an M.D. from Columbia University, and is a licensed physician, psychiatrist, a  Diplomat of the American Holistic Medical Association, Reiki Master and Diplomat in Ayurveda. He is considered the world’s foremost medical authority on live foods. Dr. Cousens is the author of several books on this topic — his latest, Spiritual Nutrition. He is the founder and director of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona.

Burton Goldberg, Doctorate of Humanities (Hon.)
A self-made business man, Burton Goldberg has emerged over the last 30 years as the voice of alternative medicine. He has published, Alternative Medicine: The Definitive Guide and is the publisher of Alternative Medicine Magazine. His passion is to reform conventional medicine and to help people reclaim their health. For his work he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities.

Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D.
